Shailendra Singh nominated as the vice president cum protocol in-charge of Mahanagar Congress

Ranchi:  District's metropolical unit chief of Congress party Dr Kumar Raja nominated a senior party leader Shailendra Singh as the vice president cum protocol in-charge of the Mahanagar Congress.

 

The development took place on Friday. While giving the responsibility Dr Raja expressed hope in Singh.

 

"I hope that Shri Singh will discharge his duties with full dedication, hard work and activeness. While taking the policies and principles of the Congress Party to the common people, former Congress National President Rahul Gandhi he will also strengthen the hands of National President Mallikarjun Kharge and Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee President Rajesh Thakur. Apart from this, he will also play an active role in increasing the support base of the party," Dr Raja said.

Former Union Minister Subodh Kant Sahay, Congress leader Sunil Sahay, Deepak Prasad, Rajkishore Prasad and other well-wishers congratulated  Singh for getting a new responsibility.
