The 1st International Conference on Advances in Novel Materials: Towards Sustainable Future : Day-3

The third day of the International Conference started at Fr. Proost Hall with technical session  by an interesting talk about Fabrication of thin semiconductors based photodetectors by Dr. Dilip Kumar Singh from Dept. of Physics, B.I.T Mesra, Ranchi. Dr. Basudev Pradhan, Department of Energy Engineering, Central University of Jharkhand discussed about Recent Advances in solar photovoltaic materials for sustainable future. Mr. Mohan Satya Rajan CEO, Founder, Taqnal Energy Private Limited, Bangalore deliberated about “ Without IOT, AI, ML, and Blockchain there is no Sustainable Future”. 

There were two parallel sessions of oral presentations in Day-3 for the topics covered under Novel Materials and Interdisciplinary section.

The conference concluded with valedictory session. In this session, Fr. Nabor Lakra S.J., Principal, St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi praised the organizing team and faculty members of Physics Department for successfully organizing the International Conference. Dr. Mitesh Chakraborty, Co-Convener, ICAN-24 gave a brief summary about the three day event. Dr. Sumit Kumar Roy, Convener, ICAN-24 presented the vote of thanks. He was thankful to the college management, delegates, participants and volunteers for their active support and cooperation.
